Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries gently crushed

Instructions
 

Baking Process

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in vanilla and egg until well combined.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
