  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoon butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese optional, for topping
  • caramelized onions optional, for extra richness

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, honey, paprika, and parsley.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  • Top with cheese and caramelized onions if desired. Serve warm.
