Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium peaches sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries whole
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly. Slice the peaches into thin wedges (skin on or off based on preference). Hull and halve the strawberries, halve the grapes, and keep blueberries whole.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lime (or lemon) juice with honey or maple syrup. Taste and adjust the sweetness based on how ripe your fruit is.
  • Place the peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the citrus glaze over the fruit.
  • Use a rubber spatula or clean hands to gently mix the salad. Be careful not to mash the fruit—especially the peaches and berries.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh mint. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or divide into individual jars or glasses. Garnish with extra mint, lime zest, or a drizzle of glaze.

Notes

Best served chilled and consumed within 24 hours. Can be prepped the night before, but dress before serving.
