- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 cups baby spinach roughly chopped
- 1 12-oz jar marinated artichokes hearts quartered, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 pkg Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dairy Dip
- 1 large red bell pepper chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Combine drained pasta, spinach, artichoke, Parmesan, Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dairy Dip and bell pepper together in a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
