Green Bean Casserole Ingredients

  • 4 cans (14.5-ounce) cut green beans drained
  • 1 can (10.5-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5-ounce) cream of bacon soup
  • ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 ½ cup French fried onions

Cooking Instructions

  • Spray the insert of a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mushroom soup, bacon soup, bacon, onion powder, garlic powder, and cheese. Add the green beans and fold to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 to 5.
  • Optional: toast the fried onions under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Change the temperature to warm and sprinkle with the onions when ready to serve.
