Ingredients
  

Biscuit Base

  • 1 package Refrigerated flaky biscuits

Seafood Filling

  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp Chopped
  • 1 cup Lump crab meat Canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with cheddar
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped

Topping

  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Flatten each refrigerated flaky biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  • Combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and fresh parsley in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Spoon the creamy filling onto half of the flattened biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits on top and pinch edges to seal.

Baking

  • Brush the tops of the assembled melts with melted butter.
  • Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  • Let the melts rest for about 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure shrimp and crab are well-drained to avoid a soggy filling. Experiment with cheese or add breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
