For the Salmon
- 4 fillets salmon about 4-6 ounces each
- 4 tablespoons butter cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
- 1 tablespoon seasoning blend your favorite spices
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
For the Creamy Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Cooking Instructions
