  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Contains: Milk
  • Salt

Meat and Dairy

  • 20 ounce Rib-Eye Steak seasoned
  • 1 unit Beef Demi-Glace Contains: Milk
  • 6 tablespoon Sour Cream Contains: Milk

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and vegetable oil.
  • Season the rib-eye steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet until desired doneness.
  • Remove the steak and let it rest. In the same skillet, add butter and roasted garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Stir in the demi-glace and sour cream, mixing until combined and heated through.
  • Serve the ribeye topped with the pan sauce and a side of potatoes and green beans.

Notes
