  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 2 large eggs
  • Garlic and chili flakes for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken thighs with water, baking soda, and salt until absorbed.
  • Add eggs and cornstarch; mix well.
  • Heat oil in a wok to 375°F.
  • Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown, then double fry for extra crispiness.
  • Prepare the sauce with orange juice, zest, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and cornstarch; cook until thickened.
  • Combine fried chicken with the sauce; serve hot.
