- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder homemade
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard powder
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth 24 ounces
- 8 ounces cavatappi pasta
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated for garnish
