Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  • If using a pre-made pizza crust, place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the pizza crust for added flavor.
  • Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over the crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Scatter the chopped lobster meat evenly on top of the ricotta layer.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, covering the lobster generously.
  • Add red pepper flakes, if using, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
  • Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
