Preparation

  • Gently fold in the shredded coconut.

  • Bake in a preheated oven set at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Ensure the butter and cream cheese are softened to room temperature for smooth mixing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for a week.
