  • 4 pieces chicken thigh pieces bone-in, skin-on for maximum juiciness

For Cooking

  • Turn chicken, reduce heat to medium, then cook 8–10 minutes, or until it reaches 165°F internally and juices run clear.
  • Let chicken rest on a plate for 5 minutes. Sprinkle fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving for a bright, zesty finish.
