Method

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and let it gently simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add paprika, salt, and black pepper to the creamy mixture. Allow the sauce to thicken, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Boil the corn in the salted water until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the corn from the pot, shake off excess water, and generously coat each cob with the creamy Alfredo sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley and extra parmesan on top. Serve warm.
