Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece pizza dough Use Neapolitan dough for pizza oven
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh mozzarella cheese Drain mozzarella before using
  • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 pieces prosciutto shredded
  • 4 pieces coppa
  • 12 slivers red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • ¼ teaspoon finishing salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat pizza oven to 700°F (stone temperature) or regular oven with stone to 550°F.
  • Dust pizza peel with flour, form dough into 11-13 inch circle.
  • Layer sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, prosciutto, coppa, and onion.
  • Ensure pizza slides on peel, add flour if needed.
  • Cook about 2 minutes, turning every 15 seconds.
  • Cook 10 minutes total, rotating halfway through.
  • Drizzle with hot honey, add finishing salt, slice and serve.
