  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, at room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

Optional Add-ins

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon for extra warmth
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed for added nutrition
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Ensure it's small enough to fit in your freezer with room to spare.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and combined.
  • Add the mini chocolate chips to the mixture and gently fold them in. If using any optional add-ins, fold those in now.
  • Using a tablespoon measure or cookie scoop, drop 1 to 1.5 tablespoon portions onto the tray, spacing them about an inch apart.
  • Place the tray in the freezer on a flat surface. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until completely firm.
  • Once frozen, transfer the bites to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag, placing parchment paper between layers if stacking.
  • Enjoy the bites straight from the freezer as a treat. Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 30 seconds before eating for the best texture.
