Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-inch HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 oz Gruyère cheese
  • ¾ cup croutons
  • Thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  • Slice onion into ¼” slices
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and add onions. Sauté for 10 minutes, until softened and translucent
  • Remove pizza from all packaging
  • Add onions and Gruyère cheese to pizza
  • Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  • Remove from oven and top with croutons and fresh thyme
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
