Ingredients
  

For the Bread Base

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats Use certified gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds Soaked
  • 2 cups Water For hydrating chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

For the Topping (Optional)

  • ¼ cup Seeds for Sprinkling e.g., sesame or sunflower

Instructions
 

Making the Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the water with the dry mixture and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle optional seeds on top if desired.
  • Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  • Cool the bread before slicing.
