Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce

  • 8 ounces fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  • 1 pound sirloin steak (sliced into thin strips)
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook seasoned steak for 3–5 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
  • Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmering while stirring; gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Combine cooked pasta and steak in the skillet; toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
