Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Stir in butter, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • Toss cooked pasta and chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  • Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
