- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 each onion, diced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 10 oz corn, drained canned
- 10 oz cream of mushroom canned
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 30 oz crispy crowns or tater tots frozen
Brown ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder.
Once the beef is cooked, drain any extra grease.
Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, drained corn, cream of mushroom, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir everything together well. Top with a little bit more cheese.
Next, add tater tots or crispy crowns on top and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 – 30 minutes. Enjoy!
