Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces mandarins peeled
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup pistachios shelled and finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with baking parchment (make sure the sheet fits in your fridge).
  • Transfer roughly chopped chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and place it over a small saucepan filled with about ½ cup (120 milliliters) of water. On medium-low heat, melt the chocolate.
  • Take a mandarin segment and dip it in the melted chocolate. Place it onto the baking sheet and repeat until you have used all the mandarins.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  • When ready, transfer into an airtight container and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

You can use either mandarins, tangerines or clementines. Canned mandarins will not work though! Chocolate-dipped mandarin slices will keep in the fridge for up to 2-3 days when stored properly.
