- 1 package Refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese You can use provolone or cheddar for variation.
- 1 cup Sliced pepperoni Turkey or plant-based alternatives can be used.
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Optional, for added flavor.
- 1 large Egg For egg wash.
- 1 tablespoon Flour For dusting.
For Serving
- 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping.
How to Make Cheesy Pepperoni Roll-Ups
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, then add Italian seasoning if desired.
Tightly roll the dough from the longer edge into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
Cut the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the roll-ups with a mixture of melted butter and garlic powder, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
