Instructions
 

Prepare the Brownie Crust

Bake the Brownie Crust

  • Bake the brownie crust in the preheated oven according to the package instructions, typically 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined and fluffy. Set aside.

Assemble the Pizza

  • Once the brownie crust has cooled completely, spread the prepared cream cheese frosting evenly over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.

Arrange the Fresh Fruits

  • Decoratively arrange the sliced fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese frosting, covering the entire surface of the pizza.

Optional Glaze

  • If desired, brush the melted apricot preserves or fruit jelly over the arranged fruits to add shine and preserve their freshness.

Chill and Serve
