Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage at room temperature
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F with a rack in the center of the oven. Line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sausage, Bisquick, cheddar, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and milk. Mix well. If the mixture seems dry, keep mixing until it comes together.
  • With wet hands, form 35 balls, about 1½ tablespoons each, and place on the prepared sheet pan. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes

If using gluten-free Bisquick, the mixture will be less sticky.
