Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Steak

  • 1 pound flank steak

Cooking Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
  • Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
